Dalduff Farm Wedding
Dalduff Farm in Aryeshire… where do I even start. It's such a gorgeous, intimate venue with brilliant staff, I honestly can not rate it enough. Set amongst beautiful Scottish farm land its perfect for small weddings with couples who want a true chilled out vibe with a bit of Scottish beauty thrown in and if the weather plays nice you can legally marry outside in the beautiful gardens too. Totally a dream venue.

Kelly and Kev wanted just that. With Kev being from a Scottish background and having got engaged on the Isle of Iona it was only right that they tied the knot in their favourite part of Scotland. I knew Kelly through my food photography work with Brocco On The Park in Sheffield and when she asked to grab a coffee and catch up with Kev, later asking me to be their photographer complete with a home made “why you should be our photographer” slide show they honestly didn't need to ask me twice. I was sold.
A DIY Heaven
Having a tight budget never stopped the pair from pulling out all the stops for their big day with the cake made by Kelly herself the night before the wedding and many of the decor pieces made by Kev or members of the family as well as many favours pulled in from local businesses across Sheffield and the local Scottish area.
From start to finish the day was full of so much fun and so many laughs. Chilled out and full of character with both Kelly and Kev’s personalities popping up throughout all the decor and activities. It really was a wedding cram packed with both Yorkshire and Scottish vibes as well as personal touches including a help yourself Scottish whiskey bar (safe to say it didn't stay full very long) and all night Ceilidh dance off to finish the day off. It really does go to show that you really don't have to spent a fortune to have a truly awesome day and the Scotts really know how to throw an epic party.
